RFQ (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE/SERVICING OF TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL OF THE HOSPITAL (NOVEMBER TO DECEMBER 2026)

1 Lot PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE/SERVICING OF TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL OF THE HOSPITAL (November to December 2026) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Scope of Works 1. Termite Control Program (Baiting/Drilling System) or Equivalent a. Strategic Spraying - this shall be done to facilities direct extermination of termites on infested areas of the building, Uninfected areas and termites Uninfected areas and entrances shall also be treated provide adequate protections; b. Chemical Dusting/Injections - includes the application of chlorinated Hydrocarbon powder (anti - termite powder) on all termite entrances (electrical outlets, joist ends, baseboards, etc.); and c. Wood Preserving Treatment - treatment of all wooden components of buildings. A very effective wood preservative will be used to exterminate termites and other structural pests and to prevent infestation in the future. 2. General Pest Control Program or Equivalent a. General Spraying of Chemicals in strategic places for the control of cockroaches, mosquitos , ants, ticks, silverfish and disease transmitting pest including the use of appropriate chemical disinfectant against germs and other microorganism flying and hard to reach particularly the eco-parasite type such as blood sucking bedbugs, rat fleas and catching catching of stray animals. 3. Rodent Control Program or Equivalent a. Baiting the rats and mice with specifically formulation of rodenticide preparation; b. Retrieval Removal and disposal of dead rat/mice; c. Spraying deodorizer at places where is foul odor caused by dead rats and other elements; d. Varied chemical with different kinds of attractants attractants will be provide on every service; and e.
