CLARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, PHILIPPINES INVITATION TO BID The Clark Development Corporation (CDC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to bid for the hereunder project: Name of Contract : Janitorial Maintenance Services Location : Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines Approved Budget for the Contract : Php16,814,963.52 (VAT Exclusive) Brief Description : The project involves cleaning and maintenance tasks aimed at ensuring clean, safe, and hygienic environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Contract Duration : One (1) year Mode of Evaluation : Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar completed project with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids, shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No.12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation.
