No. (046) 484-1813 loc 802/810/815 Email Address: twdbacsec@gmail.com BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes and Various Fittings for Tanza Water District (TWD) 1) The Tanza Water District through the Corporate Funds of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos (Php 2,996,176.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes and Various Fittings for Tanza Water District (TWD) with Contract ID # 2026-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Tanza Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
