Republic of the Philippines Province of Pangasinan MUNICIPALITY OF POZORRUBIO Invitation to Bid for Construction of Daycare Center (Phase I) at Barangay Buneg, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan 1) The Municipality of Pozorrubio, through the Local Fund (MDF) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 946,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Daycare Center (Phase I) at Barangay Buneg, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Pozorrubio now invites bids for Structure Excavation, Gravel Bedding, Reinforcing Steel, Formworks, Structural Concrete. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Pozorrubio and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 13 – November 4, 2026 from the address below, and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php 1,000.00.
