Republic of the Philippines Province of Antique MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA Invitation to Bid for the REHABILITATION OF SPORTS FACILITY IN SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA, ANTIQUE REGION VI (WESTERN VISAYAS) IB No. SJdB-2026-020 The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, through the LGSF-Green Green Green Program FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Forty-seven Thousand Ninety-one Pesos (Php 5,447,091.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Sports Facility in San Jose de Buenavista, Antique Region VI (Western Visayas). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, now invites bids for the Rehabilitation of Sports Facility in San Jose de Buenavista, Antique Region VI (Western Visayas). Completion of the Works is required within one hundred eight (108) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
