INVITATION TO BID Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials, School Furniture, and Supplies for the Construction of a Four-Classroom School Building Timbangalan Primary School, Marawi City Contract ID No. 26-10-016 ABC: Php 14,616,000.00 October 13, 2026 1. The City Government of Marawi, intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos Only. (Php 14,616,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials, School Furniture, and Supplies for the Construction of a Four-Classroom School Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The City Government of Marawi, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials, School Furniture, and Supplies for the Construction of a Four-Classroom School Building. Delivery shall be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders must have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder and the criteria for eligibility screening, evaluation, and post-qualification are provided in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II – Instructions to Bidders, in accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009. 3.
