Procurement of Medicines and Medical Supplies (2nd Sem. CY 2026)

RFQ No.: PR-2026-10-384 Date: : October 13, 2026 The Municipal Government of Palanas, Masbate, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested and qualified suppliers to submit a sealed quotation for the procurement described below through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Project Title: Procurement of Medicines and Medical Supplies (2nd Sem. CY 2026) Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): ₱ 399,998.00 Schedule of Requirements: (Please download in the Associated Components) Instructions to Suppliers: 1. Quotations must be signed by the authorized representative of the supplier. 2. The total quotation shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). 3. Prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, delivery, labor, and other incidental expenses. 4. Delivery shall be made within 10 calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order. 5. Quotations must remain valid for at least thirty (30) calendar days from the deadline for submission. 6. Interested suppliers shall submit the following: o Duly accomplished and signed Price Quotation Form; o Current Mayor's/Business Permit; o PhilGEPS Registration Number or Certificate (if applicable under existing rules); o Latest Income/Business Tax Return, if required; and o Other documents that may be required by applicable procurement rules. 7. Quotations shall be submitted on or before October 16, 2026, 9:00 a.m. at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Palanas, Masbate. The Municipal Government of Palanas, Masbate reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, waive any defects therein, or accept the quotation that is most advantageous to the government in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
