Additional Requirements: 1. Eligibility Requirement. The bidder shall possess a current, valid, and effective Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) Accreditation applicable to the supply of grafted cacao seedlings. A copy of the valid BPI Accreditation Certificate shall be submitted as part of the bidder's eligibility requirements. 2. Replacement for Mortality. The supplier shall deliver an additional quantity equivalent to four percent (4%) of the total contracted number of seedlings as contingency stock to cover possible mortality during transport, handling, and initial distribution. In the event that the actual mortality exceeds four percent (4%), the supplier shall, at no additional cost to the Procuring Entity, replace all damaged, dead, or non-viable grafted seedlings until the total quantity of healthy and compliant seedlings specified in the contract has been fully delivered and accepted. 3.
