VARIOUS WORKS OF SOGOD WATERWORKS-ELECTRICAL WORKS AT ONGON-WATER SOURCE

Republic of the Philippines Province of Cebu Municipality of Sogod Invitation to Bid for Various Works of Sogod Waterworks-Electrical Works at Ongon-Water Source 1) The Municipality of Sogod, Cebu through the Appropriation Ordinance 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 783,157.87 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Various Works of Sogod Waterworks-Electrical Works at Ongon-Water Source. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Sogod, Cebu now invites bids Various Works of Sogod Waterworks-Electrical Works at Ongon-Water Source. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
