The Local Government Unit (LGU) - Peňarrubia, Abra, through the Local Government Support Fund-Growth Equity Fund (LGSF-GEF) of the DILG to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos only (Php 20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Local Access Road at Malamsit to Sta. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
