B20265237 - Procurement of Information Technology Equipment for PEO-PDPM use (RE-BID)

1 The Provincial Government of Davao del Norte, through the following Source of Funds; Lot 5 B20265237 (10705030) Info. and Communication Technology Eqpt. - - PEO - ENGINEERING - SECOND DISTRICT intends to apply the sum of the corresponding Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following contracts with PR# 2026075164 for the Procurement of Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2 The Provincial Government of Davao del Norte now invites bids for the Procurement of Goods, to wit: BID NO.: B20265237 P.R. NO.: 2026075164 BID DESCRIPTION: Procurement of Information Technology Equipment for PEO-PDPM use (RE-BID) ABC: 3,591,300 RATE: 5,000.00 DELIVERY TERM: 10 Calendar Days 3 The prospective bidder must have completed, within five (5) years, an SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. However, in the case of Expendable Supplies, said SLCC must be at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 4 "Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. The Contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) for Lot Nos. 1, 2 , 3, 4, 6 & 7 and Most Advantageous and Responsive Bid for Lot No. 5." 5 Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 6 Prospective Bidders m
