SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HUMAN RABIES VACCINES OF THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HUMAN RABIES VACCINES OF THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT 1) The City Government of Malabon, through the Health Fund - MOOE included in the 2026 Annual Budget pursuant to City Ordinance No. AO4-2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY pesos only (P 5,499,820.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HUMAN RABIES VACCINES OF THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HUMAN RABIES VACCINES OF THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT using competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required FORTY-FIVE (45) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
