SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF VARIOUS OFFICES AND DEPARTMENTS

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF VARIOUS OFFICES AND DEPARTMENTS 1) The City Government of Malabon, through the Capital Outlay – Information and Communication Technology Equipment included in the Supplemental Budget No. 1 series of 2026 pursuant to City Ordinance No. 08-2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE pesos only (P 3,940,975.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF VARIOUS OFFICES AND DEPARTMENTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF VARIOUS OFFICES AND DEPARTMENTS using competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required THIRTY (30) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
