SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL CCTV CAMERAS FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF MALABON COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTER

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL CCTV CAMERAS FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF MALABON COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTER 1) The City Government of Malabon, through the 70% LDRRMF - Capital Outlay included in the 2026 Annual Budget pursuant to City Ordinance No. AO4-2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND pesos only (P 2,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL CCTV CAMERAS FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF MALABON COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL CCTV CAMERAS FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF MALABON COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTER using competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required THIRTY (30) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
