REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE ITB NO. 26-036 INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MUG – CUSTOMIZED (AS PER SAMPLE/DESIGN) 1) The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2026 SEF intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Mug – Customized (As per Sample/Design) for the use of Teachers’ training/development programs- PGO-SEF with Purchase Request No. 26-C0759 under Bid No. B-26-0108 REBID. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, at least within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
