Republic of the Philippines City of Olongapo BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE BAC Office, 3rd Floor, Olongapo City Hall Rizal Avenue, West Bajac- bajac, Olongapo City Web: www.olongapocity.gov.ph INVITATION TO BID FOR OC-110 (CMO-12) 26 GD RE-BID PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT AUV PASSENGER TYPE VEHICLE FOR PDAO 1) The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P/1,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RE-BID Procurement of Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit AUV Passenger Type Vehicle for PDAO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Olongapo now invites bids for RE-BID Procurement of Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit AUV Passenger Type Vehicle for PDAO. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. i) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. ii) Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Office,
