In consideration of the amount of the project involved and for the BAC to establish financial stability, the prospective bidders should have an experience of having undertaken a similar project at least a period of five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use nondiscretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-Qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by the interested bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of PhP 1,000.00 at the Municipal Treasurer's Office, Municipality of Dumalinao.
