SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR LGU PHARMACY & RHU FOR THE 3rd QUARTER

Republic of the Philippines Province of Camarines Sur Municipality of Ocampo INVITATION TO BID SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR LGU PHARMACY & RHU FOR THE 3rd QUARTER (Name of Project) DRUGS AND MEDICINES (Brief Description of Goods) THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF OCAMPO, through the FY 2026 Municipal Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of Php 810,000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR LGU PHARMACY & RHU, hereby invites/requests interested suppliers to bid and/or express their interest for this project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. Delivery of GOODS is required by November 30, 2026. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, Instruction to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations-part A (IRR-A) of R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act and is restricted to organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, as specified in R.A. 5183 only bids from bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened. The process for the eligibility check is described in Section II of the bidding documents, ITB. The bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) shall advance to the post-qualification stage in order to finally determine his responsiveness to the technical & financial requirements of the Project. The contract shall then be awarded to the Lowest Calculated & Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such in the post-qualification procedure.
