INVITATION TO BID IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD AND DRAINAGE IN BRGY. MAYSAN 1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Road Networks S.B. No. 2, 2026, LBP Loan, TL No. 75 City Engineer’s Office intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN AND FIFTY-NINE HUNDREDTHS (PhP9,225,116.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 168-IMPVT-RD/DR-MAY-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the: Name of Contract Improvement of road and drainage in Brgy. Improvement of drainage at Ipil Extension, Jolca and Plastic City Creek 4,373,652.13; BC# 107; Ref. No. 26-942 T O T A L ABC (Php) 9,225,116.59 The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).Contract duration is 90 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
