Republic of the Philippines Province of Albay CITY OF TABACO BARANGAY STO. CRISTO INVITATION TO BID INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY STO. CRISTO, TABACO CITY, ALBAY, through the BDRRMF. , intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening. 2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY STO. CRISTO, TABACO CITY, ALBAY, now invites bidders for INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM , provided, that the delivery requires five (5) calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). The prospective bidder must have an experience of having completed at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU-STO. CRISTO BAC SECRETARIAT through online by accessing the PHILGEPS to search and browse opportunities posted in the web portal (DRL) and submit their letter of Intent to BARANGAY STO. CRISTO, TABACO CITY, ALBAY thru the Barangay Bids and Awards Committee during office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday/s thru Friday/s, except on holidays and on declared work suspensions. 5.
