Procurement of Diesel for use of LGU Light and Heavy Vehicles and Equipment for Various Road Maintenance

1) The Local Government Unit of Siay (LGU-SIAY), through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian year 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Three Pesos and Eighty Centavo Only(1,456,343.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Diesel for the use of LGU Light and Heavy Vehicles and Equipment for various road and maintenance. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Siay (LGU-SIAY) now invites bids for Procurement of Diesel for the use of LGU Light and Heavy Vehicles and Equipment for various road and maintenance using the Life cycle Assessment and Life cycle Cost Analysis. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty days (30) Calendar Days After Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2-Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.
