PROVISION OF MOBILE SOUND SYSTEM FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF SDO CONFERENCE HALL, SCHOOLS, AND SDO FUNCTIONAL DIVISION (2ND RE-BIDDING)

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF MOBILE SOUND SYSTEM FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF SDO CONFERENCE HALL, SCHOOLS, AND SDO FUNCTIONAL DIVISION (2ND RE-BIDDING) 1) The City Government of Malabon, through the Capital Outlay – Communication Equipment included in the 2026 SEF Annual Budget (AB) pursuant to LSB Resolution No. 09-2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AND 4/100 (PhP5,800,000.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF MOBILE SOUND SYSTEM FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF SDO CONFERENCE HALL, SCHOOLS, AND SDO FUNCTIONAL DIVISION (2ND RE-BIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for the PROVISION OF MOBILE SOUND SYSTEM FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF SDO CONFERENCE HALL, SCHOOLS, AND SDO FUNCTIONAL DIVISION (2ND RE-BIDDING) using competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
