REBIDDING for SIGNAGE OF PUBLIC TERMINAL AND PUBLIC MARKET(REFLECTORIZED) 1)The Municipality of Caraga, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand, Two Hundred Pesos and Seventy-Eight Centavos only (898,200.78), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SIGNAGE OF PUBLIC TERMINAL AND PUBLIC MARKET(REFLECTORIZED) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The Municipality of Caraga now invites bids for SIGNAGE OF PUBLIC TERMINAL AND PUBLIC MARKET(REFLECTORIZED) Completion of the Works is required Six (6) Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
