Republic of the Philippines Province of Bukidnon Municipality of Sumilao INVITATION TO BID FOR ITB#2026-10-090 REBIDDINGFOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT HAULING TRUCK LIGHT CARGO (DOUBLE CAB) 1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through Municipal Agriculture Office and its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,500,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Unit Hauling Truck-Light Cargo (Double Cab) with ITB No.2026-09-076 or contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for Procurement of One (1) Unit Hauling Truck-Light Cargo (Double Cab) using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
