The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-Capital Outlay CY 2026 – Procurement of Pre & Post harvest Machineries & Equipment intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Pesos Only (PhP1,792,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-10-105 PROCUREMENT OF GRASSCUTTER WITH RICE CUTTER, Province of Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF GRASSCUTTER WITH RICE CUTTER, Province of Eastern Samar with the following items; No. Unit Item Description Qty.
