PROCUREMENT OF OXYGEN TANKS WITH CONTENT, REGULATOR AND TROLLY FOR MHO USE

The LGU-PILAR through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS ONLY(Php 304,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)to payment under the Contract for the PROCUREMENT OF OXYGEN TANKS WITH CONTENT, REGULATOR AND TROLLY FOR MHO USE. Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within at least 8 years with an amount of at least 80% of the proposed projects for bidding. The Eligibility Checks/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall be use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and the Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The Complete Schedule of Activities is listed below as follows: 1. Submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) & Issuance of Bid Documents – OCTOBER 23, 2026 (8:00-5:00PM) and before 1:00PM on NOVEMBER 01, 2026 2. Pre-Bid Conference – NONE 3. Dropping and Opening of Eligibility of Bid Envelopes – on or before NOVEMBER 01, 2026 @ 1:00pm 4. Post Qualification- NOVEMBER 03, 2026 Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNT OF Php 500.00 at the Municipal Treasurer's Office.
