Completion of the Works is required thirty (30) calendar days. The Bidder must have completed an SLCC that is similar to the procurement project to be bid whose value must be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices.
