INVITATION TO BID 1. The Provincial Government of Batangas (PGOB) invites interested and eligible suppliers to bid for the project Purchase and Delivery of 5,122 sets Elementary and Secondary Student's Tables and Chairs (Product Model: Metal Student Table with drawer (Adjustable height), Table Length: 600mm; Table width: 400mm and other related specifications), 100 sets Teacher's Table and Chairs (Color: Two tone Gray, Teacher's Table, Table Length: 1000mm, Table width: 700mm and other related specifications) to be distributed to selected schools in the Division of Batangas under the Provincial School Board, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Thirty-Nine Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Pesos Only (₱39,895,000.00), chargeable against the Special Education Fund. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
