INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DENTAL SUPPLIES AND INSTRUMENTS (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY) 1) The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER, through the 2027 National Expenditure Program4 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Eighty-five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-eight Pesos Only (Php 5,885,998.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DENTAL SUPPLIES AND INSTRUMENTS (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DENTAL SUPPLIES AND INSTRUMENTS (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY).5 Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) – sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
