INVITATION TO BID 1. The Provincial Government of Batangas (PGOB) invites interested and eligible suppliers to bid for the project Purchase and Delivery of Office Supplies {e.g., 50 reams Bond Paper A4 (70gsm); 54 reams Bond Paper short (70gsm); 100 reams Bond Paper long (70gsm); 45 reams Bond Paper A4 (80gsm); 8 pieces Bundy Clock Ribbon (E2A); etc.} for use of various offices under the Provincial Government of Batangas, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Nine Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos Only (₱959,622.00), chargeable against the General Fund. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The delivery of the Goods shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance and receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) for each lot. Prospective bidders must have completed within two (2) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar in nature and complexity to the Project.
