INVITATION TO BID 1. The Provincial Government of Batangas (PGOB) invites interested and eligible suppliers to bid for the project Rental of Technical Equipment and Event Production {e.g., 1 lot Stage Set Up (32 ft x 52 ft); 1 lot Sounds and Lights System; 1 set LED Wall (2 units 9 ft x 12 ft); 15 units Portable Toilet (Portalet); etc.} from December 1-8, 2026, for the Festival Hub and Celebration Venue: Trade Fair, Variety Events, and Pocket Performances/Shows to be used in the celebration of the 445th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Batangas under the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Eight Million Fifty-One Thousand Pesos Only (₱8,051,000.00), chargeable against the General Fund. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The PGOB hereby invites bids for the above-stated Procurement Project. The delivery period of the project shall be on or before December 1-8, 2026. Prospective bidders must have completed within two (2) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar in nature and complexity to the Project.
