INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AT DELA PAZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. SAN AGUSTIN, CITY OF MALABON 1) The City Government of Malabon, through the 2026 SEF Annual Budget pursuant to LSB Resolution No. 09-2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN PESOS (PhP 2,801,597.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AT DELA PAZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. SAN AGUSTIN, CITY OF MALABON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for the REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AT DELA PAZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. SAN AGUSTIN, CITY OF MALABON with competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion. Completion of the Works is required within THIRTY (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
