REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES Province of Batangas Municipality of San Luis BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) Small Value Procurement (Infrastructure Project) The Local Government Unit of San Luis, Batangas, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested and qualified contractors registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) to submit sealed quotations for the project described below: Project Title: CONCRETING / REHABILITATION OF BARANGAY ROAD (Sitio Malitlit) Location: Boboy San Luis, Batangas Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php 300,000.00 Contract Duration: Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Source of Fund: 20% Development Fund The procurement shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act) and its applicable Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Interested contractors may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, MBAC Conference Room, San Luis, Batangas, during office hours. The Local Government Unit of San Luis, Batangas reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, waive any minor defects or informalities therein, and accept the quotation most advantageous to the government, in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
