Supply and Delivery of Windows Server Licenses and Client Access Licenses (Re-bid) (“Project”)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php850,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Windows Server Licenses and Client Access Licenses (Re-bid) (“Project”) through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The services shall be rendered at PNOC EC, Bldg. 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City within Thirty (30) after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Purchase Order (PO). PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details. Financial Bid Proposal including the following documents may be delivered to the address below or emailed at alvasquez@pnoc-ec.com.ph / ellite@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before October 23, 2026, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted. 1.Conformed Terms of Reference (TOR); and 2.Must submit proof of certification or authorization letter (e.g. Microsoft Partner, Authorized Reseller, or Distributor). Bidders must also submit photocopies of the following documents within seven (7) calendar days after submission of bid: 1. Current and Valid Business/Mayor’s Permit; and 2. Latest income/Business tax return; and 3. PhilGEPS registration number (Red membership); and 4. Original duly signed and notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS) and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary’s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or Original duly notarized Special Power of Attorney of all members of the joint venture giving full power and authority to its officer to sign the OSS and do acts to represent the Bidder (use the prescribed Form provided). PNOC EC reserves
