Republic of the Philippines Province of Palawan Municipality of Balabac BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID 1. The Municipal Government of Balabac, through 20% MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Six Hundred Sixty One Pesos and 43/100 (Php. 490,661.43), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF LIGHTHOUSE AT BARANGAY MANGSEE, BALABAC, PALAWAN with solicitation number of (040-MUN-INFRA-26). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Government of Balabac now invites bids for Construction Of Lighthouse at Barangay Mangsee, Balabac, Palawan. Duration of the Works for is fifty (50) calendars days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009 otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
