INVITATION TO BID PROCUREMENT OF 32,000 PACKS OF GROCERY FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROGRAM 1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Office of the City Mayor intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND (PhP9,568,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 126-GROCERY PACKAGES-MO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the procurement of 32,000 packs of grocery for Poverty Alleviation Program. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).Delivery of the Goods is required within 25 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. i.
