The Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested consultants/firms with technical expertise to submit proposals for the Procurement of Consulting Services for Calyx Drilling - Geotechnical/Sub-surface Soil Investigation for the Construction of Tamurayan RCDG Bridge and Labangon Hanging Bridge, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur. 2. The detailed scope of works and deliverables for the Project are as follows: Item No. Description Quantity Unit 1 /PR Nos. 2026-88 and 2026-89/PGO/PEO /1 /lot Consulting Services: CALYX DRILLING (Geotechnical/Sub-Surface Soil Investigation) Terms of Reference (Scope of Work): A. For the Construction of Tamurayan RCDG Bridge, Dumingag: 1. Total Number of Borehole: 5 boreholes (2-Abutments and 3-Piers) 2. Depth of Drilling per Hole: 30 meters a. Ordinary Soil - 27meters b. Rock/Hard Strata - 3 meters 3. Standard Penetration Test 20m 4. Core Sample will be taken whenever hard strata are encountered 5. Recommendation of Subsurface Condition Encountered in the field including water table monitoring 6. Recommendation on the type and depth of foundation geotechnical engineering criteria for foundation design. 7. Preparation and submission of three (3) copies at technical report in each abutment and pier signed by the geotechnical evaluator. 8. Contract duration and including submission of reports - thirty (30) Calendar days B. For the Construction of Labangon Hanging Bridge, Dumingag: 1.
