Republic of the Philippines Municipality of Dulag Barangay Barbo FENCING OF COMMUNITY CENTER 1. The Barangay Barbo through the AIP – YEAR 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Two Pesos and Forty Cents Only (237,582.40) under the contract for “Fencing of Community Center,” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Barbo now invites bids for The : “Fencing of Community Center,”. Delivery of the Goods is required Twenty Five Days (25) calendar days / October, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within Twenty Five Days (25) calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using an-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Barbo inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 26, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php500.00). It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. The Barangay Barbo will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 9:00 A.M. / October 19, 2026 at Barangay Hall , Barangay Barbo Dulag, which shall be open only to all interested parties who
