INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply, Delivery and Installation of 24KW Hybrid On Grid Solar PV System 1) The Philippine Coconut Authority XI, through the Massive Coconut Planting Program (MCPP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of 24KW Hybrid On Grid Solar PV System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Philippine Coconut Authority XI now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of 24KW Hybrid On Grid Solar PV System to PCA Regional Office XI, Bago Oshiro, Davao City . Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
