NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT (Sagip Saka) The Local Government Unit of Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, hereby invites all accredited Farmers and Fisherfolks, Cooperatives and Enterprises (FFCEs) to participate in the negotiation of project: LGU-QUEZON NP-SS-01-2026 PROCUREMENT OF RICE ASSISTANCE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS • Locally harvested Longping/Jasmine or its equivalent • 80/20 ratio of whole vs. broken grains • Well-milled, no blending with other varieties, long slender and white with soft texture • Without any non-rice element; no impurities; no foul odor • Random rice samples for testing shall be selected by the LGU-Quezon Approved budget for the contract: Quantity Unit Description Amount Total amount 2620 sacks Well milled rice (5kls/sack) 250.00 655,000.00 The project will be awarded as one Delivery of the goods is required 3-5 days from receipt of the Purchase order (PO) and Notice to Proceed and to be delivered in the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday to Friday. Interested Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise must submit requirements for accreditation in order to participate in negotiation for the said procurement. REQUIREMENT FOR ACCREDITATION 1. Eligibility Criteria a. Must be registered in the FFEDIS. However, submission of any of the following accreditation or registration documents, as the case maybe, shall likewise be allowed and deemed compliant with the FFEDIS registration unless otherwise provided in the issuance of DA i) Accreditation as Civil Society Organization (CSO); ii) Registration in the Registry System for Basic Sector in Agriculture (RSBSA); iii) Registration or Accreditation in any other DA-approved registry or accreditation system. b.
