Republic of the Philippines Province of Davao de Oro Municipality of Monkayo Invitation to Bid for PROCUREMENT OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR COMPLETION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT GOVERNMENT CENTER 1) The Municipal Government of Monkayo, Davao de Oro, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION, SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 1,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR COMPLETION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT GOVERNMENT CENTER/ PB-2026-154. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Monkayo, Davao de Oro, now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR COMPLETION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT GOVERNMENT CENTER / PB-2026-154. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
