Repair and Renovation of PCA Housing and Laboratory Courtyard

INVITATION TO BID FOR Repair and Renovation of PCA Housing and Laboratory Courtyard 1) The Philippine Coconut Authority-Davao Research Center, through the Coconut Hybridization Program 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (P6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Renovation of PCA Housing and Laboratory Courtyard. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Philippine Coconut Authority-Davao Research Center now invites bids for the Repair and Renovation of PCA Housing and Laboratory Courtyard. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
