MUNICIPALITY OF NAGUILIAN PROVINCE OF ISABELA Invitation to Bid for the Continuation of Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase 2) at Barangay Sto. Tomas, Naguilian, Isabela 1) The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Naguilian, Isabela through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (20% Development Fund)3 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Continuation of Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase 2) at Barangay Sto. Tomas, Naguilian, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The LGU Naguilian, Isabela now invites bids for Continuation of Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase 2) at Barangay Sto. Tomas, Naguilian, Isabela. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
