Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall (Barangay Hall) Phase 1-Quirino

MUNICIPALITY OF NAGUILIAN PROVINCE OF ISABELA Invitation to Bid for Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall (Barangay Hall) Phase 1-Quirino 1) The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Naguilian, Isabela through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (20% Development Fund)3 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall (Barangay Hall) Phase 1-Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The LGU Naguilian, Isabela now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall (Barangay Hall) Phase 1-Quirino. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
