CONCRETING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD AT SITIO SAN JOSE, PUROK 1, BRGY. SINARAGAN, MATANAO DAVAO DEL SUR

Invitation to Bid Republic of the Philippines Province of Davao del Sur MUNICIPALITY OF MATANAO 1.The Local Government Unit of Matanao utilizes the amount of One Million Pesos & 00/100 (Php 1,000,000.00) from CY 2026 20% LGDF under the Supplemental Budget for the Concreting of Farm to Market Road at Sitio San Jose, Purok 1, Brgy. Sinaragan, Matanao, Davao del Sur. The BAC of the LGU intends to apply the same amount of One Million Pesos & 00/100 (Php 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Concreting of Farm to Market Road at Sitio San Jose, Purok 1, Brgy. Sinaragan, Matanao, Davao del Sur under Project I.D. No. 44-2026 (REBID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Local Government Unit of Matanao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project applying the IRR of RA No. 12009. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety Calendar Days (90 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within two (2) years upon submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
