Price may differ based on the pump price of the winning bidder, and Prospective Bidder is authorized to add a maximum ceiling of Php 5.00 per liter upon pumping. b. Financial evaluation focuses on the additional price per liter quoted by the bidder, provided this markup strictly does not exceed the maximum additional price ceiling. Bidders should have completed, within one year (1 yr.) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
