Invitation to Bid for DELIVERY OF RICE FOR DISTRIBUTION TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS / FAMILIES Lumbatan, Lanao del Sur 1) The Municipal Government of Lumbatan, through the Local Government Support Fund – Financial Assistance to LGUs, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (₱5,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Delivery of Rice for Distribution to Indigent Individuals / Families. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable procurement rules. 2) The Municipal Government of Lumbatan now invites bids for the procurement and delivery of rice for distribution to validated indigent individuals / families. Delivery shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should meet the eligibility and qualification requirements stated in the current prescribed Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD) for Goods. Bidding shall be conducted through competitive bidding procedures in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable GPPB issuances, using the current prescribed PBD for Goods. Participation shall be open to eligible bidders as provided under the applicable procurement law, IRR and current prescribed PBD. 3) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government of Lumbatan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address stated below during regular office hours. 4) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by interested bidders from October 18, 2026 to November 09, 2026 at the address below, upon payment of the applicable fee, if any, in the amount and manner permitted by current GPPB guidelines. 5) The Municipal Government of Lumbatan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Conference Room, Lumbatan Municipal Hall, Lumbatan, Lanao del Sur, which shall be open to prospective bidders, subject to appl
