Pre-bidding conference will be on October 26, 2026, 3:30 p.m. at the Executive Building, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur. Eligible bidders must submit their bids at the Executive Building, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur on or before November 3, 2026, 3:30 p.m., and thereafter the opening of sealed bids will be conducted on the aforesaid place, date and time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in either of the following forms; 5% surety bond, 2% cash, certified check, cashier’s check bank draft, and irrevocable letter of credit or a bank guarantee in an amount equivalent to 5% of the bid price. Late bids will not be accepted. The Municipality of Carrascal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waived any defect therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the government and must abide with the Implementing Rules & Regulations of RA 12009.
