RENOVATION OF CITY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE AND SUPPORT FACILITIES (2026-POWE-016)

INVITATION TO BID FOR RENOVATION OF CITY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE AND SUPPORT FACILITIES (2026-POWE-016) 1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2 – General Fund – Non-Office-Buildings (9999 1-07-04-010) for the Fiscal Year 2026 Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Sixty Six Thousand One Hundred Three Pesos and 51/100 Centavos (Php13,066,103.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Renovation of City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office and Support Facilities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Renovation of City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office and Support Facilities. Completion of the Works is required 176 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 02 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
