SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 1.5T MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) MACHINE INCLUDING SITE PREPARATION WORKS

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 1.5T MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) MACHINE INCLUDING SITE PREPARATION WORKS IB No. 2026-GOODS-033-01-1019 1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the Sub-Allotment Fund (SAA# 26-09-00000567) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY MILLION PESOS (PhP130,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 1.5T MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) MACHINE INCLUDING SITE PREPARATION WORKS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The ITRMC now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 1.5T MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) MACHINE INCLUDING SITE PREPARATION WORKS. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 calendar days after receipt of the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
